After earning his degree from the University of Hartford in 1988, Mark embarked on a distinguished career in the family business as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in retail site selection. In this role, he spearheaded the expansion strategies for several prestigious national and international retailers, collaborating directly with C-suite executives and company principals to deliver strategic, high-impact results.

In 2001, Mark transitioned to the housing market, where he applied his expertise to residential property appraisals. With a meticulous approach and a commitment to precision, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, property valuation methodologies, and neighborhood trends. His ability to assess and appraise complex and high-value properties has become a hallmark of his practice.

To date, Mark has personally completed over 3,500 appraisals, ranging from single-family homes and condominiums to multi-family residences and architecturally unique, multi-million-dollar estates.
